Who We Are

Camelot Camel Dairy, LLC is owned and operated by Kyle and Holly Hendrix, along with our 4 children, Evan, Asher, Reed and Sarah. Our camel dairy is located on 35 acres of pasture in Wray, Colorado, a few miles from the Nebraska line.

What We Do

Our camel dairy and milk production plant was licensed in November 2014. We provide pasteurized camel milk. Our milk is “flash” pasteurized with a very unique pasteurizing machine called “The LiLi”. The LiLi which stands for low input – low impact, completely pasteurizes without homogenizing, separating, or standardizing milk, maintaining its nutritional value and deliciously fresh flavor. Both Kyle and Holly traveled to Vermont seeking interest in this machine, and was the first camel dairy in the U.S. to put it into production.
